UPSA delegation calls on GFA President
The President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr. Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, received a delegation from the UPSA academia in Accra.
The trip to the GFA secretariat was to present the Brands and Communications Management program of the University to the leaders and the executive committee of the association, and to the respective heads of the regional Football Associations.

The UPSA team, led by Dr. John Kwaku Mensah Mawutor, Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, also took the chance to suggest training programs for members of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and addressed other areas of potential cooperation between the two entities.
Dr. Mawutor further affirmed the determination of the University to strive towards a series of academic programs aimed at building GFA workforce capability, and people who work within Ghana’s football community.

The President of the (GFA), Mr Kurt Okraku, conveyed joy at UPSA’s effort, pointing out that everything UPSA is providing is a much-needed initiative for the development and marketing of football in Ghana and the GFA.
