Ghana Quarantines over 1000 to control COVID-19

Ghana quarantines over 1000 passengers on board various flights into the country to control COVID-19. This was made to know at the ongoing press update and briefing ongoing. 1030 have been Quarantined
611 samples have already tested. 185 testing completed, some of them tested positive according to reports.
All these passengers will be quarantined for the mandatory 14 days. Adequate rooms and facilities have been secured to help keep the spread of the COVID-19.

Ghana has been asked to advise those coming in, to do self-quarantine and also get in touch with the health officers to avoid the community and horizontal spread.
Family members of those quarantined are not to visit those quarantined.
