Guinea announces free water & electricity for 3 months for its citizens in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Guinea announces free water & electricity yet many African countries are yet to provide similar relief to the citizenry.
The televised announcement also indicated that rent prices have been frozen till December 2020. Public transport will also be made free for the next 3 months for Guineans.
Prices on pharmaceutical products as well as basic necessities have been frozen. The implication of this is that no trader can increase prices to take undue advantage of consumers.

This is the kind of leadership Ghanaians expect from the president of Ghana in these tough times however, all the masses in Ghana can bost of is free water which is not even available in many homes.
Whiles Ghana has reported 287 cases, it took the government of Guinea 128 Coronavirus cases to give relief.
Ghanaians are looking forward to the addition of electricity to the water freebies by the government of Ghana.
