Omar D’Poet writes: Mentality Rehabilitation
My mentality has been on rehabilitation ever since I decided to let go the mindset of impressing society.
Yes! you’ll tag me “arrogant” but am just in a timed race.
Finishing the race and giving my mentality a default reset is the medal my eyes are eying.
Its just a shame to be shamed because I took a bold decision to let go societal impression.
Gbɛtɔdayibɔa kɔe so I’ll still overlook their tag in my quest to live original life.
Allow me to do this even though you think I’ll get drowned in this.
This fresh waters will just clear my doubts.
This fresh waters will just fill my mental portholes.
This fresh waters will free me of societal impression.
Please allow my mind to enjoy its peaceful rehabilitation.
