GES Closing Date for 2019 School Placement and Enrollment into SHS

The management of the Ghana Education Service has announced the closing date for 2019 School placement and enrollment into SHS in a memo sighted by newsghana24.com.

The Management of GES stated inside the released that the 2019 placement of college students into Senior High School closes on Friday 29 November 2019.

Student enrollment into Senior High Schools additionally ends on Thursday 5th December 2019.

All Head of second cycle establishments, parents, guardians, students, and different stakeholders are to pay attention to the final date for school placement and enrollment.

The placement exercise which commenced some two months ago was used to place over 400,000 students who sat for the 2019 BECE in June. Due to the challenges that faced the placement many candidates had to re-do self-placement several times until they were successful.

The hitches that characterized the placement portal led to the extension of the process and the functioning of the portal to ensure all qualified students are placed.

The closing date for School placement as announced will take effect on the said date.
