NaCCA Begins Phase 2 of the Common Core Curriculum Programme (B7-B10)

The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment started the second stage of the JHS to SHS1 curriculum (common core curriculum programme) review on Monday in the Eastern Region. The subject panels are reviewing and incorporating feedback from key subject experts into the draft common core Curriculum programme.
The Executive Secretary of NaCCA, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah in his opening address commended the participants for dedicating themselves to the reform agenda that has the potency of changing the human resource capacity of this country and improving the welfare of our people. He encouraged participants to stay focused and deliver on time.
The 5-day workshop of the Second Stage of JHS to SHS1 Curriculum (B7-B10) is expected to end on Friday 29th November 2019.
By the end of this stage the subject panels would have developed indicators for the content standard and examplars for each grade-level.
