VIDEO: Accra Academy in flames again, second in January

There is another fire outbreak on the campus of Accra Academy, a similar incident happened on the school premises a few days back. The first incident occurred some 2 weeks ago on January 15, 2020.
The fire according to information gathered by NewsGhana24.com this time burnt the schools, Alema Hall, again.
Sources also revealed that the new Accra Academy fire outbreak started round 8:30 pm.

The first Accra Aca fire outbreak swept the same Alema and Halm Addo Halls.
This time, two fire tenders from the Ghana National Fire Service responded to the distress call. Fire officers were at the scene to put the fire under control and off.

All students of the school were evacuated from the hall to prevent any form of human casualties.
It is not clear what might have triggered the latest incident at the boys’ school.
The January 15th fire was said to have started at around 7 pm on Wednesday reportedly engulfed parts of some dormitories – Alema and Halm Addo halls – while the students were in their classrooms during prep time.
Some social media users circulated videos of the incident as firefighters battle the raging inferno. Some social media commentators have called for a careful examination of wiring and electrical installations in the school.
