Tumu-Accra Bus destroyed by flames as 40+ passengers come out unscathed.

A serious fire incident occurred at Akim Fisher very close to Asiakwa Junction as a Zhongtong O. A. bus having left Tumu and bound for Accra was engulfed in Flames all of a sudden.
The bus in reference had the registration number, AS 8249-19.
This happened in the early hours of Saturday morning; February 5, 2022.
A report by the driver of the bus revealed that he parked the bus immediately at the side of the road at Akim Fisher after realizing some smoke emanating from the beneath the vehicle.
Fortunately none of the passengers had any sort of visible injuries due to the quick thinking of the driver.
