NABCO CEO Commenced Workshop on NSTA and the Exit Pathways

This notice is serving to inform NABCO trainees nationwide that the CEO, DR. Ibrahim Anyars together with other stakeholders, has commenced a roadshow/workshop on the Nabco Skills and Talent Academy (NSTA) and the exit pathways available on the scheme.
The workshop was envisaged to enlighten trainees on how the three main exit pathway arrangements; being entrepreneurship, further learning, and retention coupled with the skills enhancement program (NSTA), can be leveraged to secure their future.
The NSTA was launched by His Excellency, the president, Nana Addo Dankwah, during the NABCO one-year anniversary celebration, which was climaxed on a conference at the national theatre, Accra, held on 17th October, 2019. The NSTA was adopted by management with the purposes of enriching the skillset of the trainees, and bring their work-based knowledge into a proper perspective as they register for their preferred NSTA online courses. The courses have all been strategically selected to imbue trainees with the requisite skills for each phase of the exit pathway arrangements.
This provision is exceptionally important, having realized the lack of employable skills for our Ghanaian youth which barricades their access to permanent employment.
The workshop is currently ongoing across the regional capitals. On this note, the National Secretariat would like to entreat NABCO trainees to participate and get all issues related to the NSTA and the exit pathway arrangements clarified by the visionary NABCO leaders.
