Kwame Dzudzorli Gakpey To Contest NDC Parliamentary Primaries In The Keta Constituency

PRESS STATEMENT Following the announcement on July 4 by the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) that nominations for the upcoming Parliamentary Primaries be opened from 10th to 12th July, 2019 and subsequent consultations with stakeholders and party Elders in the Keta Constituency, I wish to inform the Constituency, Branch Executives as well as all party faithful that I,  *Kwame Dzudzorli Gakpey* will pick  nomination forms on Thursday, 11th July,  2019 at 10am to contest the NDC Parliamentary Primaries in Keta Constituency.

This decision has not been taken easily. It is a result of the growing faith, belief and trust that the Good people of Keta have shown in me, after consistent years of association with them. I deem it a Great honour, a call to genuine service and am humbled that the people of Keta Constituency find in me a Son worthy to represent it’s interest and development as I contest in the upcoming NDC Parliamentary Primaries slated for 24th August, 2019.

Having gone through the guidelines in line with our Party’s Constitution for the contest and the dictates of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana, I dare say; I am best qualified to represent the NDC in the 2020 Parliamentary Elections for the Keta Constituency.

Let me use this opportunity to call on all our Branch Executives, Constituency Executives, Party Members, Sympathisers, loved ones and all who have called on me and tasked me to this service to keep me in constant prayers and keep up with their unflinching support, as we embark on this quest for a better representation of the the good people of Keta Constituency in Ghana’s Parliament.

I am of the strongest belief that I represent the Best choice of the party at this material moment and given that my choice will encourage branch executives and the grassroots to work harder for the party.  Choosing me I am certain, will result in an increase in our electoral fortunes come December 2020.
