GOP and Clark County Recorder reach settlement in ballot observation lawsuit

Trump and Nevada Republican Party campaign lawyers said that they reached a resolution with the Clark County Recorder which, according to a new court filing, will allow further observations of the ballots held in the key Las Vegas area.
In a court filing, the Trump lawyers order the appeals courts to file their briefs for a further seven days, which requires the parties to the deal to collect their signatures.
“Barbara Cegavske and Joseph Gloria, appellants and claimants, were able to reach a settlement deal on 4 November 2020,” the tribunal filed.

“The Registrar shall give the public additional observational viewing access to the Greystone Facility’s voting duplication, so that all tables on the duplication process shall be made available to public observers.” In compliance with the terms of the arrangement.
Moreover, according to the court filing, the GOP will deny their appeal and trials.
Any context: Last week the Trump campaign and the Republican Party of Nevada criticized the method of signing and reviewing absent ballots in Clark County. A judge of the State Court had also denied the case but appealed the Trump campaign.
