Dollar to Cedi Exchange Rates for December 23rd

The Dollar to Cedi Exchange Rates for December 23rd, 2024, are out, with the dollar marginally appreciating during the festive season against the Ghanaian cedi. Forex Bureaus continue to offer favorable rates compared to the Bank of Ghana interbank rates and the rates offered by commercial banks.
Aboki Forex Bureau’s dollar-to-cedi exchange rates for buying and selling are pegged at GHS15.60 and GHS16.10, respectively, at the time of this publication. The Forex Bureau rates are not expected to remain stable and may appreciate as the day progresses.
Mastercard and Visa card rates for the day did not include buying rates. While Mastercard is selling the dollar for GHS15.78, Visa is quoting a selling price of GHS15.78.
Commercial banks, including CalBank, Stanbic Bank, and Ecobank, are quoting selling rates ranging between GHS14.95 and GHS15.05, with CalBank quoting the highest at GHS15.05.
