UPSA releases academic research outputs for 4th Quarter 2022

Over the years, the University of Professional Studies-Accra (UPSA) has cataloged the quarterly research output of its professors.

The University’s research and consultancy center, which is run by Professor Joseph Tuffour, compiles the quarterly report.

On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the study results for the fourth quarter of the year 2022 were made public. By faculty, Management Studies had the most papers published with a total of 15, followed by Accounting and Finance with 14 articles. For the fourth quarter, the faculties of ICT, communication, and law each had five students.

Dr. Fred Awaah of the Department of Business Administration entered 5 of the total of 15 articles credited to the Faculty of Management Studies on the individual research outputs form, making him the most published academic for the Department, Faculty, and University for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Dr. James Ntiamoah Doku of the Department of Banking and Finance came in second place with a performance of three out of the five articles coming from his department’s UPSA-published academic research outputs for the 4th Quarter. Dr. Albert Opoku Frimpong, Dr. Abdallah Abdul Mumuni, and Ms. Getrude Amorkor Amarh all had two papers each, placing them in third place.Publications by UPSA Academic Staff: Authors and Number
