Sad News: Chris Attoh’s Wife Bettie Jenifer Gunned down in the US

Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh has been hit by the sad news of his wife who was shot dead on Friday in the US. According to the news coming in, she was shot dead while leaving her office located in Maryland, United States of America at about 5:00 pm on Friday after work.

This has come as a shock to the fans of Chris Attoh and the entertainment industry in Ghana and Nigeria. The wife of Chris Attoh was however pronounced dead after the arrival of the police to the crime scene.

Chris divorced his Nigerian wife, Damilola Adegbite before marrying Bettie Jenifer some eight months ago in a colourful wedding in Accra, Ghana.

According to the new broadcasted on America television, the gunman shot several times while she tried to escape but she got hit by at least one shot while trying to escape. Bettie Jenifer, at an area close to 6300 block of Ivy Lane where her office was located. She was approached by the gunman while she was walking to her car sources say.

The gunman who shot her then fled away in a vehicle. Police at the Maryland Police are searching for the suspected Blackman who is described as having a thick build and a black hair. He wore a dark shirt and trousers at the tie of committing the crime. All efforts are been put into to get the suspect arrested as soon as possible.

Chris Attoh and Bettie Jenifer marriage is less than a year. The got married in October 2018 however, the actor sparked speculations on social media that all was not well with his marriage. He deleted his of his wife from his social media pages as well.

They were alleged to have broken up the relationship however, this none of them has come out to publicly confirm this or otherwise.
