Police Investigates Samuel Gyamfi – NDC Communication Director

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID), on Monday, January 27, 2020, arrested Mr. Samuel Gyamfi, the NDC Communication Director at the premises of Peace FM on an arrest warrant.
He was cautioned on the offenses of possession of forged documents and publication of false news with the intent to cause fear and alarm contrary to sections 166 and 208 of the Criminal and Other Offences Act. 1960 (ACT 29) respectively.
He has been granted bail to two Sureties, to be reporting once every week at the CID headquarters. Meanwhile, Investigation continues.
