Police Arrest Suspected Car Thieves, Investigations Underway

Police in the Central Region have arrested some two suspected car thieves who were offering for sale a Hyundai Getz Taxi Cab with registration number ER 797-18 but could not explain where they obtained the car from.
The suspected thieves who gave their names as Prince Tetteh and Gaetan Eke claim to be Cameroonians.

They were selling the car at OLA Black Star area, a suburb of Cape Coast in the Central Region, with a third person who absconded upon seeing Police.

An investigation is underway to arrest the third person and to locate owners of the taxi cab. A picture of the car is attached to this story and any person with information about it is encouraged to contact the Central Regional Police Headquarters in Cape Coast.
