The Partial LOCKDOWN panic buying could be akin to the panic withdrawals in the days of the collapse of banks. A visit to the banks and you were greeted by a long winding queue.
Shop owners and keepers cannot distinguish essential services from non-essential ones.

I went to buy a light bulb today and the shop guy asked me if I could locate my sanitizer if my light was off.
Almost everybody I contacted was in OR from the market and social distancing was ignored in all cases as though COVID-19 was not around
The issuing of fake currencies is very rampant because of the rash. I saw fake 50s and 20 notes.
A lot of people at public places washed their hands well but forgot to wash the tap itself. It was just a bar I went to and realized that the majority of clients were above 50 yrs and they all, upon entering used fresh tissue to hold the head of the tap before and after washing. Upon conversation with the majority of them, I realized they were more of intellectuals.

In the wake of the Partial LOCKDOWN panic I saw an encouraging move this evening by an indomie vendor. She used ropes to guard her joint, so customers wouldn’t cross. So you order and stand behind the rope to be served.
None of the taxi drivers and dispatch riders is wearing nose masks.
The majority are wearing cotton gloves to collect money.
Over-reliance on God is making citizens not comply with simple precautionary measures for COVID-19.
Thank God the Sun is up and extremely hot these days.
But where is the Minister for defense? I haven’t seen him lately…. He is not back from work yet. Am standing at his gate
I am a concerned citizen.
I think he should be talking in place of the president.
One mistake Africa does is that we think of the defense ministry only when it has to do with arms.
