NDC elects Parliamentary Candidates Nationwide

The biggest opposition party the National Democratic Congress has commenced a smooth election process across the country to elect candidates to contest the parliamentary seats of the various constituencies on the ticket of the party.

In a message to all aspiring Member of Parliament Candidate contestants, and delegates across the antion, the presidential flag bearer of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama wished all those contesting to represent the NDC in the 2020 parliamentary election the best of luck and also encouraged delegates to go out to vote to elect their respective candidates for the constituencies.

He called on delegates, who have the power in their hands to elect the best marketable candidates who are ready to serve the party in their various communities and constituencies. He said ”  Let’s select the best candidates who are ready and willing to serve you and your communities, work for you and campaign with you to wrestle power from the NPP in 2020.”

In a related development, the founder of the NDC, former President Jerry John Rawlins cast his vote this morning at the Korley Clottey Constituency where his daughter is contesting for lead the NDC into the 2020 elections from that constituency. 

 The call has come that, a lot more women should be giving the nod to increase women representation in parliament. The last to endorse women for post of Member of Parliament candidates for the NDC is the General Secretary of the party John Asiedu Nketia popularly known as General Mosquito.
