If reaching out to a hiring manager makes you nervous because you can’t draft that perfect message, LinkedIn has got you covered with its new generative AI integration that will help you get the conversation started.
The business-focused social platform is introducing AI-powered personalised writing suggestions that will pull information from your profile, the hiring manager’s profile, the job description, and the company of interest to create a highly personalised draft message.
After a draft is generated, users can review and edit it to make it their own – or make any corrections in case the AI mixes up details. LinkedIn says that AI-powered personalised writing suggestions are available to its Premium subscribers, starting today.
This feature joins other AI-powered features that LinkedIn launched in March to help users enhance their profiles and companies write better job descriptions.
