Kumasi-based Silver FM destroyed fire

Kumasi-based Silver FM has suffered a devastating fire incident that destroyed two of its studios and all studio equipment.
The incident occurred on Saturday morning when an air conditioner caught fire and got out of control while a program was ongoing at around 6 am.
The radio station, which is owned by Bantamahene, Baffour Owusu Asare Amankwatia VI, has been closed down indefinitely, leaving its employees unsure of when operations will resume.

The entire radio station is now mere ash as all gadgets, equipment, and furniture among others were all destroyed by the raging fire.
