Ghanaian highlife star, Kofi Kinaata, has spoken out about a recent death prophecy circulating online, stating that he doesn’t worry about such prophecies and instead puts his trust in God. The prophecy, made by a pastor in a viral video, claims that Kofi Kinaata’s life is in danger and that he needs prayers to be rescued from the devil’s plans.
In an interview on Joy Prime’s morning show, Kofi Kinaata confirmed that he had seen the prophecy but wasn’t bothered by it. “I don’t even want to talk about it. That’s what he has seen and he’s saying it. Maybe me too I have seen it and I haven’t come out to say it,” he said nonchalantly.

Kofi Kinaata revealed that he has received numerous prophecies like this since starting his music career, sometimes receiving multiple prophecies in a single month. Despite this, he doesn’t let them affect him, choosing instead to focus on his Christian beliefs and pray regularly – about five times a day.

For Kofi Kinaata, his faith in God is what matters most, not the prophecies of others. He trusts that God has a plan for his life, and he leaves his fate in God’s hands. “I trust God, not prophecies,” he said in a recent statement.
