John Mahama shares position on Akufo-Addo’s economic management
John Mahama, NDC’s flag bearer for the 2020 election sympathized with the distressed traders, attributing the harsh economic condition to the government’s unfavorable economic policies.
He went on to say, they sell oysters, shrimps and so much else however, nobody must come and inform them that the economy isn’t doing well.

Everyone who sells anything today can see that they have reduced profits than in the past, due to the times being tough, “he claimed.
John Mahama also said that the economic problem in Sogakope, a market for women in the Volta region, is something no one can deny.
“The Finance Minister tells us that everyone knows that Ghana is broke,” he said charging President Akufo-Addo to fix it.

President of the republic, Nana Addo also visited the area recently during his regional tour of the Volta region. On his part, he described his predecessor as the unchallenged one.
He said that Mr. Mahama doesn’t really have what it takes to resolve the problems of the nation.
Mr. Mahama encouraged the NPP administration to fulfill its various 2016 election promises. Candidate Mahama added that God brought the NPP so that Ghanaians could support the NDC.
