Injunction placed on UTAG Strike by Court Order

Accra High Court, by virtue of their Labour division, has placed an injunction on the ongoing strike by the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG).
The High Court in Accra has, since Tuesday February 15,2022, issued an order for the ongoing strike by UTAG to be put on hold until further notice.
The court session was scheduled ahead of discussions between the National Labour Commission, Government and UTAG which ended in a stalemate, hence the court intervention.
