Galaxy Radio Namibia listeners surpass 3.3 million

Galaxy Radio Namibia listeners surpass 3.3 million and still counting as it uses the power of social media to position itself to reach millions via radio across the continent of Africa and beyond.
Namibian Radio Station “Galaxy Radio” based in Windhoek surpassed 3.3 million listeners this January. The Radio started off in July 2019 with a test transmission and later made it’s official launch in January 2020.
Galaxy’s CEO Tanya Smith is a hard working lady, busy burning midnight oil to near her goals in life. To establish a Radio Staion was Tanya’s aim from a very young age. Since it’s inception the Radio imparted different cultures amongst the youth, thereby bringing life into them.
The Radio runs different shows and segments throughout the day to keep one ecstatically happy and well informed. These include Galaxy Health, Galaxy Facts, Galaxy News, interview shows, music hours, competitions, business promos etc. Recently, the Radio gained more than 3.3 million listeners.
“We have surpassed 3.3 million listeners,” said CEO Tanya Smith in an interview with a journalist.
