Full list of nominees for 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards

The organizing committee of the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) have revealed the final list of nominees on Saturday, March 15.
The announcement comes after the closure of the nomination application process. The prestigious awards ceremony is scheduled for May 3, 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
Prior to the 26th edition, a pre-party will be held on May 2 ,2025, where industry stakeholders, nominees and music fans are invited to join the event for networking, discussions, and celebrations.
For the second time, Stonebwoy, King Promise and Black Sherif secured a place in the Artiste of the Year category. Joe Mettle, King Paluta, Kweku Smoke and Team Eternity additionally secured a place in the covetous category

Okyeame Kwame, Sarkodie, Kweku Smoke, Flowking Stone, Eno Barony, and Lyrical Joe will contend for the Best Rap Performance.
Joe Mettle, Diana Hamilton, Piesie Esther, Empress Gifty, Team Eternity Ghana and MOG Music battle for the Best Gospel Artiste of the Year.
The Most Popular Song of the Year category under the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) has also been filled with heated competition from Olive The Boy’s ‘Asylum’, Paris from King Promise, Lomo Lomo from KiDi ft Black Sherif, Very Soon by Fameye, Stonebwoy’s Jejereje, King Paluta’s Aseda, Puul from Lasmid, Defe Defe by Team Eternity Ghana and Black Sherif’s January 9.
Again the Reggae/Dancehall song features a range of categories including Stonebwoy’s ‘Psalm 23’, ‘Road of Evil’ from Ras Kuuku, ‘Ankonam RMX’, Amerado ft Samini, Samini’s ‘Chemistry’, Jupitar, ‘I Keep Winning’ and ‘Shake it to the Max’, Molly and Silent Addy.
Jupitar, Samini, Ras Kuuku, Epixode, Stonebwoy and Rocky Dawuni have all received nominations for Reggae/ Dancehall Artiste of the Year.
