According to the CEO of Rufftown Records, Bullet, singer Fantana misunderstood his ‘true Rufftown family’ comment on Instagram.
In a related development he also revelaed that he does not manage Fantana although she is on the Rufftown Record label.
From all indications, she has a different management that managers her. Rufftown Records CEO bullet said it is a common practice to be on a record label yet have your own manager. If the label is so big and has other artists then the need for division of labour becomes important: He added.
According to Bullet, blown GH ls in charge of managing Fantana. and that Blown Gh was already managing Fantana before she joined the rocked label. What Rough Town label does for Fantana is to manage her RECORDINGS, THE SONGS SHE WILL RELEASE, TIMING and MARKETING.
Rufftown Records and Blown GH work hand in hand towards her success as an artist he added. Bullet informed the public that, there was a lack of information flow between him and Rough Label on one hand and the managers of Fanta and the artists on the other hand which led to Fantana thinking she has been sidelined by him.
Bullet said during the interview on Happy FM which was monitored by Newsghana24.com that, he had a project to pair artists to come out with hit songs. His first of the series of projects was posted on social media and when Fantana did not see her name she thought she has been sidelined.
He said he does not follow the artist as he used to do in the past because the work and responsibilities have expanded. From the onset, the artists on the label were few, it started with ebony, Fantana, Wendy, and others have joined and hence there is the need for him to introduce division of labour. To get others perform some of the roles he used to play.
