William B. Taylor will give testimony at the historic hearing. he is a long-time U.S. ambassador and entrepreneur in Ukraine.
Taylor allegedly claimed in private testimony that there was a quid pro quo and that, before Trump decided to prosecute the Biden Family, it prevented military aid.

With him at the Donald Trump public impeachment to testify will be George Kent, Deputy Secretary of the European and Eurasian Bureau.
Upon the completion of all these public hearings, the committee must summarize its conclusions in a report and send it to the Committee of the Judiciary.
In a Sept. 9 text to Sondland, Taylor said withholding aid to Ukraine was “crazy.” America and the world cannot wait for the Donald Trump public impeachment hearings as the US prepares for elections. Asked during the hearing to clarify what he meant, Taylor said “to withhold that assistance for no good reason other than help with a political campaign made no sense.”
“It was counterproductive to all of what we had been trying to do,” he said. “It was illogical, could not be explained. It was crazy.”
