Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has indicated via his twitter handle that, has learnt a lesson from the VGMA 2019 held on Sunday as a result of the brawl. The sad events that ensued just when he went up the stage to pick his award and all the others that occurred after which led to the police arrest. This was followed by the court issues. According to Stonebwoy, there are lessons to be carried along.
Readers are probably aware that, Stonebwoy pulled a gun when Shatta Wale and his follower stormed that stage on the night when he (Stonebwoy) was announced the winner of the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year for the 5th consecutive time.
Police Bail for Shatta and Stonebwoy
The Reggae/Dancehall artiste of the year 2019 at the 20th VGMA was picked up by the police Sunday dawn but was released by the police on a GHȻ 50, 000 bail. Stone the Boy and Shatta the Wale were later arranged before the court for their involvement in the brawl that endangered the lives of all who were present at the event.
From his twitter comment, Stonebwoy said, he has learnt a good lesson from the incident. He said it has made him stronger and tougher now than he was before the 2019 VGMA.
Reactions of Fans on Social Media
Fans of these two musicians continue to argue about who is at fault on their social media handles on Facebook. Strangely, the fan base of the two musicians has soared up with Stonebwoy leading the race.
This beef that ended up creating fear and picnic at the VGMA between Shatta and Stonebwoy is not new. They both have brandished guns openly in public. Shatta, for instance, has been invited by the police after he shot several warning shots into the air in 2018.

Many music lovers and prominent personalities in music, politics, sports and the media are not happy with the actions of these two musicians and everyone in Ghana is asking, when will this hatred for each other end?
Instead of Shatta and Stonebwoy focusing on their music, talent and individual personalities and improve themselves in their profession, they are rather engaging in acts that can earn them a jail term.
