Dear Delegates of our Great Party (NDC)

Accept my warm greetings. My name is Stanley Nelvis Glate, your humble servant. Indeed, I have been your humble servant for the past nine (9) years as the Ho Central Constituency Secretary.

Throughout these years, I have used my office to champion the course of the Party Executives at both branch and constituency levels. More importantly, I have used my office to champion the course of our great party in diverse ways as a communicator and also as an activist, defending the party at all times.

I have also been a key member of the Regional Communication Team, Volta Region and a Planning Committee Member for the 2016 campaign. Furthermore, I have served as an Honorable Assembly Member for the Ho Municipal Assembly from 2015 to date, serving the people of Borsontoe Electoral Area.

In the Assembly, I have served and continue to serve as a Member of the Tourism Sub-Committee, Justice and Security Sub-Committee, a Member of the Ho Zonal Council and currently, the Chairperson of an Implementation Committee.

I am a Member of the School Management Committee of Mawuli Basic School; Member, Faculty Board of Business and Management Studies and the Coordinator of Industrial Attachment programme of the Marketing Department of Ho Technical University.

I am an excellent organizer, a team player with good public/human relations.

I have excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive person who always has a strong desire to succeed. It is my desire to bring positive change to Ho Central Constituency through the empowerment of our party executives at both the branch and constituency levels.

If I become the Member of Parliament of Ho Central Constituency, I desire to empower our branch executives, create an enabling environment for our party members to develop their capacities and also close the gap between the party and the grassroots, which will manifest in diverse ways.

This will be achieved through collaborative efforts between my office and our branch executives in our various communities. This I have demonstrated all these years as your Constituency Secretary. I therefore have the potential to represent you in Parliament so that together, we can transform Ho Central Constituency.

On the basis of this, I formally declare my intention to contest the position of Member of Parliament for the Ho Central Constituency in the upcoming Parliamentary Elections slated for Saturday 24 August 2019.

I therefore humbly request that you support me in my quest to bring new vision, new hope, and new paradigm of change and development in Ho Central Constituency. Join the winning team and be part of this history.
