PERSONAL ASSISTANCE NEEDED

Looking for a responsible person who will carry out various tasks for the manager, starting from booking hotels and ending with possible business trips and procurement of necessary items.
EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED
But it would be an advantage.
Requirements:
• Attention to detail, stress resistance, non-confrontational attitude;
• Responsible approach to work;
• Communicability, multitasking, ability to perform various tasks;
• Ability to always be in touch and cope with several tasks at the same time;
• Ability to work with business documentation;
• Fluent in Russian\Ukrainian and English languages;
• No harmful habits;
• Also welcomed are such traits as resourcefulness, erudition, high level of efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Execution of diverse tasks assigned by the manager;
• Booking hotels, purchasing tickets, etc.;
• Procurement of necessary items;
• Communication with people by phone and in person;
Conditions:
• Salary: 6000 GHS
• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 19:00, to be in touch on Sat-Sun (assignments may be given on weekends and paid separately)
