How the NTC Teachers’ PORTAL Registration is done successfully

The NTC Teachers’ PORTAL Registration is ongoing. Please note that; currently, there is no deadline for this registration. However, all teachers are advised to register.
NB: Any stage that you reach during the registration, you can save and continue the registration on any other day/ time

1. Tab on register
2. At Account type, select Teacher
3. Fill your particulars

NB:ensure that your EMAIL and TELEPHONE are correct*
4. Tab Register
5. Check your email and open NTC TPG
6. Tab on Complete Registration button
7. Select Teacher Type, enter your SSNIT number
Select YES if you have STAFF ID and tab on Verify Staff ID
REQUIREMENTS
Before you start, scan as JPG, PNG or PDF (size: 256KB):
> Passport size photo
> First Appointment letter
> All Transfer letters
> All Certificates (academic and professoinal)
1. An ACTIVE email address.
2. SSNIT number
3. Staff ID (if GES employed)
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. Go to account login
(On Android use Chrome)
2. Click “Register Now” to create an account or log in to an existing account.
3. Select “Teacher” as account type.
4. Fill in details and submit.
5. Open your email account in another browser tab.
6. Check your email for a confirmation link from NTC TPG.
7. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your registration.
