Everything you need to know about the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix which is expected to take place Suzuka Circuit in Japan
The 2025 Formula 1 season has begun to take shape after the first two grand prix. The first grand prix of the 2025 F1 season took place in Australia on the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit in Melboune. The second grand prix of the season also took place in China on the Shanghai International Circuit. After the first two races of the season McLaren driver Lando Norris is leading the drivers’ championship with 44 points.
Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing is also positioned on second and George Russel of Mercedes on third. The Mclaren team is leading the constructor’s team with 78 points with Mercedes and Red Bull Racing positioned 2nd and 3rd respectively. The third grand prix of the 2025 F1 season is expected to take place in Japan on the Suzuka Circuit. The circuit has a length of 5.807 km and a race distance of 307.471km. Drivers are expected to go round the circuit 53 times. The first ever grand prix on the Suzuka Cicuit was organized in the year 1987. The schedule for the Japanese Grand Prix is as follows.

Qualifying – April 5th
Race – April 6th
Lando Norris and teammate Oscar Piastri will be willing to be on the podium again in Japan after both drivers from Mc Laren have been on the podium in the first two grand prix. Lewis Hamilton and teammate Charles Leclerc of Ferrari will be willing to have a good start of the 2025 F1 season after both Ferrari drivers got disqualified in the Chinese grand prix. Red Bull Racing on the other hand will be willing to add to their tally after a change of drivers. Yuki Tsunoda will be driving alongside world champion Max Verstappen after Liam Lawson was demoted back to Racing Bulls.
