Bill And Hillary Clinton endorses Kamala Harris as Democratic Nominee

In a recent development following Joe Biden’s step down as a presidential candidate for the 2024 US elections, both Bill and Hilary Clinton has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as a good candidate to represent the Democratic Party.

“We are honored to join the President in endorsing Vice President Harris and will do whatever we can to support her,” the Clintons wrote in a post on X/Twitter.

“We’ve lived through many ups and downs, but nothing has made us more worried for our country than the threat posed by a second Trump term. He has promised to be a dictator on day one, and the recent ruling by a servile Supreme Court will only embolden him to further shred the Constitution. Now is the time to support Kamala Harris and fight with everything we’ve got to elect her. America’s future depends on it.”

Nancy Pelosi, a former house Speaker, has also commented on Biden’s withdrawal, saying in a statement, “President Joe Biden is a patriotic American who has always put our country first.

“With love and gratitude to President Biden for always believing in the promise of America and giving people the opportunity to reach their fulfillment. God blessed America with Joe Biden’s greatness and goodness.”

Biden’s former chief of staff, Ron Klain, took a swipe at the effort among Democrats to convince Biden to drop out of the race, but also endorsed Kamala Harris.

Klain wrote, “Now that the donors and electeds have pushed out the only candidate who has ever beaten Trump, it’s time to end the political fantasy games and unite behind the only veteran of a national campaign — our outstanding @vp, @KamalaHarris!! Let’s get real and win in November!”His legacy of vision, values and leadership make him one of the most consequential Presidents in American history.
