Félix signed a permanent deal with the Blues from Atlético Madrid for £45 million ($60.5 million) 12 months ago. Chelsea will not waste any time congratulating themselves on this fantastic piece of transfer deception. Sky Sports News said that Félix’s exit will “accelerate” the signing of Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.
