NDC Holds Press Briefing Says 36 NPP Seats Flipped To The NDC

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is holding a Press Briefing to update the media and its teeming supporters on the elections.
The NDC the biggest opposition party in the 2020 election. Its Presidential candidate is John Dramani Mahama, who is a former president.

During the Press Briefing, the National Communication Officer of the Party. Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi indicated that since the close of polls, results have been coming from all 16 regions.
Elvis Afriyie Ankrah indicated that preliminary results show an exciting outlook and that the NDC victory is not completed until the last ballot is counted.
He called on all party supporters, the district, and regional officers to join the polling agents at the various collation centres to safeguard the will of the people. He called on all to avoid pre-mature celebration. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah disclosed that the NDC has wrestled or flipped nearly 36 parliamentary seats from the ruling NPP.
Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi added that the Presidential results are following the same trend.
