I now wear quality pants – former maid turned CEO of Golden Empire Joana Gyan, a business tycoon and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Golden Empire Legacy Limited (GELL) made this revelation during an interview with KSM’s on the popular show ‘Bome Nkommo’ entertainment hosted by the latter.
According to Madam Joana, when she had the chance of traveling to Dubai and did some shopping, she noticed that she was buying pants of higher quality than her former boss.

She recounted her days as a maid and the prayers she offered to God for help so that she too could own a house and a car in life. She revealed during the interview that, she worked as a maid in more than two households.
She attributed her current status and success to the doings and blessings of God.
She added that the move by some faceless persons whose intentions is to portray Golden Empire Legacy Limited as a ponzi scheme will not succeed and attributed her success in business to God.
“Some of us, it is God who has brought us this far so you can say or do anything to tarnish our image”, the CEO stated at the back of several counter advertisements to portray Golden Empire Limited as a ponzi scheme: She said.
Joan who sounded religious said, there are times that things happen for a reason and that, God has been a big part of her destiny and story.

The Menzgold saga with NAM1 has made many doubt the credibility of Golden Empire Legacy Limited as many continue to tag it as a ponzi. Ghana’s are yet to come to terms with the NAM1 saga at a point that NAM1 has succeeded in winning the case leveled against him in court in faraway Dubai.
