3-Year-Old Boy Dies in Car Accident Involving Actor Lil Win
A devastating car accident occurred on Saturday morning in the Amakom suburb of Kumasi, resulting in the tragic loss of a three-year-old boy named Nana Yaw.
The young boy was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah, when the accident occurred.
According to eyewitnesses, actor Kwadwo Nkansah, also known as Lil Win, was driving at high speed from the Amakom intersection to the WAEC area when he suddenly swerved into the adjacent lane and collided with the vehicle carrying the young boy.

The impact was severe, and Nana Yaw was rushed to a nearby health facility before being transferred to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah, sustained a leg fracture and is currently receiving treatment at the hospital’s Emergency Unit.
The family of the deceased is urging the Police to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and ensure that justice is served.
They are also considering legal action and have expressed concerns about the lack of attention given to the victims at the accident scene, with the focus primarily on Lil Win.
As reported by a relative of the deceased, Yaw Gyamfi, both eyewitnesses and Police sources confirmed that Lil Win was speeding at the time of the accident.
The family is adamant that the law must be enforced and that those responsible for the tragic loss of life must be held accountable.
Lil Win himself sustained injuries in the accident and was seen in a video being carried into another vehicle.
His two passengers also suffered head injuries.
The impact of the collision left both cars damaged, and a third victim reported that her car lights were smashed by the speeding vehicle.
Despite the seriousness of the incident, Lil Win attended the premiere of his movie “A Country Called Ghana” in KNUST-Kumasi on Saturday night.
The family and loved ones of Nana Yaw are still reeling from the tragedy and are seeking justice and closure.
However, since the onset of this accident remains unclear, but there is one thing certain, and that is overspeeding as far as car accident is concerned.
Overspeeding, according to National Road Safety Authority is a major cause of road accidents in Ghana.
