Urgent and Important Meetings and Training On the New Online Portal for Private Schools to be held to provide insight into how to use the portal.
The National Council of Private School Teachers (N-COPST) has launched a new Online Private Schools Portal for managing students, teachers & cumulative records.
This is part of efforts to help develop private schools in Ghana. According to a statement copied to GhanaEducation.org, the National Council of Private School Teachers (N-COPST) built Private School Portal to help schools to manage students and teachers, post vacancies, acquire online cumulative records, transfer teachers, transfer students, replace female teachers (maternity), access teaching aids, help register and renew school license, access teaching resources, questions banks, all kinds of syllabus and Curriculum, and many more
To ensure private schools take full advantage of the features the portal has to offer private schools, the National Council of Private School Teachers is inviting all school owners and heads to a general meeting aimed at training and facilitating schools to effectively use the portal in their schools.
School owners and heads of private schools can fill out the meeting form HERE
Requirements for this New Online Private School Portal meeting are as follows.
1. Laptop with an internet connection or smartphone
2. You can let your ICT teacher, the school head, and the school owner be part of this meeting
3. The school should have an active email account
The training will help participants to learn the following
PHASE ONE – Activities
1. Learn how to Create an Account on the private school portal
2. Learn how to post vacancies using the school portal
3. Learn how to delete or remove the posted vacancy
4. Learn how to report students who owe school fees and have left your school and how N-COPST will work out for the school to get their school fees
5. Learn how to report a teacher who leaves the school without a resignation letter or gave short notice etc
