Man kills himself after fight with wife
Murders and suicides have been on the increase in recent times. The new case happens to be that of a 48-year-old man, Yaw Bempong. He is alleged to have committed suicide after a misunderstanding with his wife which did not go down well with him.
Per the news coming in, the incident happened at Alotoso. Alotoso is a farming community located in the Atewa East District of the Eastern Region.
Opanyin Yaw Boamah whose the uncle to the man, the of the deceased, picked a quarrel with the wife which led to a misunderstanding on October 11, 2019.
After the misunderstanding, he left home and was not seen again. His whereabout was also not known.
A search party was tasked to find his whereabout. Their search took them to his cocoa farm where he was found dead on the farm.
The body of the deceased has been retrieved and deposited at the Kibi Government Hospital morgue.
Currently, news about what led to the misunderstanding is yet to be established.
