General Legal Council Investigations Reveal Illegality in admittance of 10 students to Ghana School of Law

The Ghana School of Law and their processes and the annual exam has come under a lot of Scrutiny since the 2021 exam which sparked a lot of rumors.
Some students claimed they had passed but were failed and there were claims that others did not warrant their admittance into the only law school programme in Ghana.
After some investigations by the Committee of Inquiries from the General Legal Council, a report indicated that some 10 students did not earn their place in the law school and should immediately be retired from the programme.
Former director of the Ghana School of law, Maxwell Opoku-Agyemang, and the Registrar have also come under scrutiny.
