Evan Peters: Dahmer’s victim mum angry over Golden Globes win

One of Jeffery Dahmer’s victims’ mother is enraged. Evan Peters won a Golden Globe for his portrayal of a serial killer on Netflix without paying homage to the victims.
According to Tony Hughes, the victim’s mother, Evan Peters should have paid tribute to the victims or mentioned the families who continue to suffer as a result of Dahmer’s crimes.
During the Golden Globes, Evan was awarded Best Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series for his work playing Jeffrey Dahmer in the Netflix miniseries “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story”.
Evan gave an acceptance speech after receiving his award. He stated that he hopes something good comes from his victory, which Shirley did not take lightly. According to her, Evan’s award for the Netflix series will do nothing but add to the grief of the families of those killed by Dahmer.
“There are a lot of sick people around the world,” Tony’s mother Shiley explained, “and people winning acting roles from playing killers keep the obsession going, and this makes sick people thrive on the fame.”
The bottom line for Shirley… “It’s a shame that people can profit from our tragedy. The victims never received a penny. We experience these emotions on a daily basis.”
