Coronavirus spread, Ghana now a red zone per the changes made on the official website of the Ghana Health Service for COVID-19. This could mean our risk level is Ghana has moved up. In Ghana, certain areas of the country have been declared red zones. This implies visits to such places are risky and visitors are at a high risk of contracting the deadly virus.
A red zone according to our research means areas, where the government has restricted the entire country with schools, shut down, religious services suspended as well as all sporting events been postponed.
Efforts at controlling the virus spread in Ghana will be intensified on Monday in Accra as the AMA puts in efforts to spray all markets within Accra to manage the situation. All stores in the markets are expected to close.
