I lost both Parents – Enterprise Insurance refused to pay insurance claims
It is pathetic how insurance companies in Ghana take policyholders for a ride and use insurance policy rules to deny contributors what is due them. One such company that has been on the lips of countless Ghanaians is Enterprise Insurance.

The unhappy client, a lady, lost the dad somewhere in 2019, and days later, the mum also passed on. She made some contributions during this tough time and might have missed a few contributions as well. When she applied for her claims, she was not only stressed by Enterprise Insurance but she had the shock of her life as the company informed her she has no claims to receive for missing some premium payments.

Missing some premium payments in tough times but still making sincere efforts to pay should not warrant the loss of all claims. There could be some recalculation of what is due the policyholder rather than a zero benefit verdict, especially if both parents have passed on.
“If I had deposited my contributions in a simple savings account or a data bank investment, I would have recouped at least my money plus some interest no matter how small it may be.” She said.
She cannot believe, that all her contributions have gone down the drain or into the pocket of an insurance company. She is currently looking for a lawyer who will help take the needed legal action against the insurance company so that she can receive what she is due as a policyholder.
The Enterprise Insurance company’s mission “We provide all who come into contact with us their desired ADVANTAGE because…we are the best at what we do!” is not being upheld by the company.
It says Enterprise…Your Advantage! but the story of this client and many others who might have suffered similar treatments say Enterprise insurance has become their disadvantage.
