Kudus Iconic Celebration In EA Sports’ New Game Excites Him
Mohammed Kudus, a Ghanaian footballer, has expressed his enthusiasm for the possible inclusion of his distinctive goal celebration in the upcoming EA Sports’ FC 25 video game, set to be released later this year.
Since making the move from Ajax Amsterdam to West Ham United last year, Kudus has made a significant impact in the Premier League, quickly becoming a standout player and capturing the attention of fans and critics alike.
At just 23, Kudus has not only scored an impressive number of goals for West Ham, but has also developed a signature move that has become an instant hit with the fans. His distinctive celebration, which involves sitting on the advertising board and folding his arms, has become an iconic gesture that is now synonymous with his goal-scoring prowess.
Kudus’ charming goal celebration has quickly gained popularity and has been emulated by several players, including Alejandro Garnacho, Stephy Mavididi, and Victor Boniface, on social media. When asked about the possibility of his celebration being featured in EA Sports’ FC 25, Kudus enthusiastically agreed, saying it’s a must-have. In a recent interview with EA Sports Uncut, he also revealed that his celebration doesn’t have any specific meaning, it’s simply a fun gesture that has resonated with fans.

“There’s no hidden meaning behind my celebration; I just wanted to do something unique. While others opt for knee slides, I decided to stand out. I’m thrilled it’s gaining popularity and others are following suit,” he said. Since joining West Ham from Ajax, the 23-year-old has cemented his reputation as one of the game’s top dribblers. A product of the Right to Dream Academy, he holds the record for most take-ons in Europe’s top five leagues this season, with 100+ successful moves. He has also contributed to 18 goals (13 scored, 5 assisted) for West Ham across all competitions.
