Ghana Loses Nora Hauptle To Zambia

Swiss football manager Nora Hauptle has is expected to resign from her position as head coach of Ghana’s Senior Women’s Soccer Team, better known as the Black Queens. According to unverified rumors that have been making the rounds online. According to renowned Zambian sports journalist Augestine Mukok, Nora has agreed to resign her position as head coach of Ghana’s women’s soccer team in order to take over that of Zambia following a fruitful meeting with the Zambian FA’s executive committee.
Following a fruitless negotiation between Nora Hauptle and the Football Association of Ghana, Nora accepted Zambia’s job offer. A $6000 monthly contract offer with a bonus of $5000 for the Women’s AFCON preparation was made by the Ghana Football Association. Requesting an amount of $12000 a month. Both parties could not reach an agreement. Reports have it that Nora asked for an amount of $40000 from the Ghana Football Association to play some friendly last month between Senegal and Tunisia, but the FA could not provide the money to Nora and her team. This could have helped the team in the preparation for the upcoming Women’s AFCON next year.
Nora Hauptle is expected to sign a two-year deal to help the Zambian Women’s Soccer team in the upcoming Women’s AFCON. In the contract, Nora is expected to receive an amount of $7000 a month.
The Swiss manager has managed the Black Queens since January 2023 and has put on some decent shows since her appointment and also managed to qualify Ghana to the Women’s AFCON.
