UTAG Agrees to Suspend Strike Action
Following an urgent meeting by the National Executive Committee of UTAG, the members of the University Teachers Association of Ghana(UTAG) have agreed to suspend their strike until further notice .
Students of the various public universities are set to resume normal teaching and learning activities following the meeting and decision by UTAG.
UTAG has agreed to suspend the strike on condition that negotiations move forward quickly and hope that issues are resolved by March 4,2022.
The above was confirmed by an official statement released by UTAG on Monday February 21,2022.
