The National Identification Authority (NIA) has apparently made plans to embark on a mass registration for the much important Ghana Card.
The NIA has made their intentions known through a press statement released with the appended signature of the acting Head of Corporate Affairs, Abudu Abdul Ganiyu, on Friday February 18, 2022.
The select locations for the mass registration include; the Accra Sports Stadium, El-wak Sports Stadium in Accra, Kumasi Sports Stadium, Ghana National Fire Service (Regional Office) in Cape Coast and the Tamale Sports Stadium with the El-wak Stadium as the only premium location where any kind of registration fee will be charged.
