Upset as Peter Amewu leads Parliamentary votes in Hohoe: Minister of Energy John Peter Amewu has taken a narrow advantage in Hohoe in what will potentially be a big upheaval after the legislative elections in 2020.
Starrfm.com.gh tracked findings show that the Minister of Energy leads multiple voting locations in the electoral area.

This is the first time that a parliamentary candidate of the NPP has won a polling station in the constituency that is the NDC’s power base in Ghana’s electoral history.

The Ghanaians voted to elect a President and 275 parliamentarians today, Monday, December 7, 2020.
The exercise was to have some 17 million voters cast their votes to elect both parliamentary members and a President for the next four years. The number of voters is two million higher than that of 2016 polls.

More than 33,000 voting stations were put in place for the presidential and legislative elections by the Electoral Commission of Ghana led by Mrs. Jane Mensah.
