MOE Holds Pre-Tertiary Coordinating Meeting 2019

The Pre-tertiary Directorate of MoE organised it’s maiden Coordinating Meeting for key agencies/units within the Pre-tertiary educational sector.
The programme which was held from 12th-15th November, 2019 at the Peace Hotel, Ada was under the theme: WORKING TOGETHER FOR BETTER LEARNING OUTCOMES and had support from UNICEF and IDinsight.
The Deputy Minister in charge of General Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum admonished the various agencies to take up the challenge and make themselves relevant in their delivery of service and ensure that our policies are positively affecting lives of pupils and teachers everywhere in the country.
In her speech, the Director for the Pre-tertiary Directorate, Mrs. Catherine Appiah-Pinkrah thanked the various agency/unit heads and encouraged all to embrace the renewed spirit of Collaboration amongst themselves since their work is related and linked.
Heads of the various agencies/units also expressed their gratitude and requested that more of such important programmes be organised to help them build capacity as well as relay same to their regional, district and school representatives.
