- Do not leave your home for anything unless it is so essential. However, we expect you to have essential supplies for at least the next week. Stay at home.
- Do not receive visitors no matter who they are. Stay home and do come into contact with anybody, even members of your family if possible.
- Being very careful is very important and very crucial at this time!! Don’t endanger your self and other Ghanaians by breaking the law.
- Note that, from tomorrow, we are going to see the start of the peak of those that are positive, then there will be two weeks of calm and then two weeks where it decreases.
- During the Covid-19 lockdown, keep your self busy with things you love doing such as watching movies, listening to music, playing your piano, weaving, sewing, playing video games at home and others.
- Have fun and remain indoors during the Covid-19 lockdown and give less attention to the COVID-19 news that will make you stressed up.
- Keep children indoors and under supervision. Engage them in some reading, scrabbles, ludu at home.
- Eat well, have enough rest and sleep. Give strict rules to all the kids and set an example of your self.
Remember to observe the safety precautions even at home as directed by the Ghana Health Service.
Again, please do not receive visitors, not even from the same family. This is all for the good of all.
